PRTR Group Public Company Limited (PRTR) has strengthened its commitment to corporate integrity by receiving certification from Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).
Our Director, Khun Narita Adulkaewphaluek, accepted the certification at the recent “CAC Certification Ceremony 2/2024: NAVIGATING ESG: THE POWER OF INTEGRITY” held at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
The certification validates PRTR’s robust anti-bribery and corruption policies while highlighting the company’s dedication to international corporate governance standards.
Adding to this achievement, PRTR has maintained its “Excellent” (5-star) rating in the 2024 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the second consecutive year. The annual assessment, conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) with backing from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Securities Exchange Commission, underscores PRTR’s commitment to sustainable business practices.
These recognitions reinforce PRTR’s focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, strengthening stakeholder confidence across the board.
